Responsibilities:
Work closely with and assist therapy director to build and maintain schedules for individual therapists Work closely with parents of patients to ensure high attendance rates Provide general support to all therapists Maintain patient records, assist therapists in maintaining necessary medical reports Supervise therapist documentation and hours Partner with company billing office to ensure appropriate reimbursements for therapists from multiple insurance companies Ensure that patients understand their insurance benefits and financial options Organize office operations and procedures Office point person for maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands Applicants must love kids, would describe themselves as being very tech-savvy, and be great at multitasking in a bustling environment.
